Born This Way is a plagiarism? (I DOUBT)

Ed ecco che partono subito le accuse di plagio per “Born This Way”.
Si dice che “Born This Way”, per ciò che concerne le liriche, sia molto simile ad “I was Born this Way” (1975) cantata da Valentino (poi ripresa da Carl Bean). (Per me entrambi sconosciuti).
Il brano in considerazione viene tutt’ora visto come il primo in cui viene effettuato un coming out.
A seguire parte del testo incriminato.
I’m happy, I’m carefree and I’m gay
I was born this way
You call me strange ’cause you don’t understand
God’s role for me in life’s overall plan
I’ve learned to hold my head up high
Not in scorn nor disgrace
Doin’ my thing individually
Entwined with this human race
Now I won’t judge you – don’t you judge me
We’re all the way nature meant us to be

Plagio (cosa di cui dubito fortemente) o semplice accanimento nei confronti di un evento molto atteso? Voi che ne pensate?

And then leave immediately for the accusations of plagiarism "Born This Way. "
It is said that "Born This Way, " As for the lyrics, is very similar to "I was Born this Way"(1975) sung by Valentino (later taken over by Carl Bean). (both unknown to me).
The song is still seen in the light as the first in a coming-out was effected.
Following the offending text.
I'm happy, I'm carefree and I'm gay
I was born this way
You call me strange 'cause you do not understand
God's role for me in life's overall plan
I've learned to hold my head up high
Not in scorn nor disgrace
Doin 'my thing Individually
Entwined with this human race
Now I will not judge you - do not you judge me
We're still all the way us Meant to Be

Plagiarism (which I doubt strongly) or simple fury against a much anticipated event? What do you think?
